I have been apart of the paper for three years now and I have a three-year running column called “HerStory,” in which I talk about current political and cultural happenings regarding feminism. My favorite part of being on staff is having the ability to speak my mind and stand up for what I believe in. Journalism is my passion. I plan to make a career out of it after high school and becoming a journalist. My plan is to attend the Michigan State University School of Journalism or Columbia College in Chicago.
