In midst of pandemic, Heidrich revokes retirement

Due to the current pandemic, superintendent Karl Heidrich has revoked his retirement to continue his employment at Stockbridge Community Schools. Heidrich will serve as superintendent for the 2020-2021 school year. In a statement by president Carrie Graham, the  board of education announced agreement with his decision, saying in an email that this is not the right time for a transition in superintendency. The board looks forward to Heidrich’s steady leadership.
