Due to the current pandemic, superintendent Karl Heidrich has revoked his retirement to continue his employment at Stockbridge Community Schools. Heidrich will serve as superintendent for the 2020-2021 school year. In a statement by president Carrie Graham, the  board of education announced agreement with his decision, saying in an email that this is not the right time for a transition in superintendency. The board looks forward to Heidrich’s steady leadership.
