Watermelon popsicles
What you need: One fresh watermelon, chunks of your favorite fresh fruits (kiwis, strawberries or mangos), a blender, popsicle molds, popsicle sticks and a freezer.
Instructions:
- Cut open your watermelon and take the seeds out.
- Cut the watermelon into small chunks and place it into your blender, then set it to puree.
- Once your watermelon is pureed, pour it into your popsicle molds. Fill your molds ¾ of the way full.
- Cut up a few small chunks of assorted fruits, and put them in the mold along with the watermelon. Place your popsicle sticks in afterwards.
- Place into your freezer and let them freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.
After your popsicles are completely frozen, run the mold under warm water to easily remove the popsicles. Enjoy!
