“I would like to add one thing that I thought was interesting about what it has just done for me. It has really helped me to slow down in my life and to remember that sometimes the answers just don’t come to you right away and it’s a really huge stress reliever because I take so long to finish a painting. I might start it or start the idea, and then a few weeks later, or months, I finish it. It’s also great, because I also do a lot of things for relaxation like reading and walking, but now that I carry a little note book in my purse so I can write things down. It’s just another way for me to clear out the whole day, and it also helped me out with my self confidence quite a bit. When I read or walk, I feel good, because I did it. But, this is something I can look at when I’m done to say, ‘Whoa, I can’t believe I did that.’ It’s a good conversation piece to talk about with people.”
