“How would you say you get your inspiration for your paintings?”

“Number one is definitely off the top of my head, like nature is a huge thing for me. It’s because I looked at the sky and liked the colors or some of my paintings are trees and birds. I also see a painting that someone else has done that I liked. For instance, my bird painting I saw some weird shaped birds that somebody did, but then the background I did some experimenting. I read about a technique where you take an old credit card and you swipe it across the page. I did that so now I have buildings in the background with the birds, because I thought it was funny. The birds were giant and they knocked the buildings down.”
