I was recommended to Uncaged by my freshman English teacher but had to wait until my sophomore year to join, so I had time to think about it. When scheduling was taking place I figured it was something new and I might like it. It turns out that I really like being on staff. On my free time, I love to hunt, do outdoor things, work on my hide tanning/taxidermy skills, and work on projects in the garage. I also love spending time with my two dogs and rabbits. My future plans are to get my license in fur tanning and taxidermy and get a job. I do not plan on going to college, though. While on staff, I plan to help to make the paper best it can be. My first impression of Uncaged was that the class was organized and required hardworking journalists. The paper was always nice to read and had interesting articles and pictures to look at. I had second thoughts about being able to do Uncaged, but I gave it a go and I am happy I did
